HYDRATION
How is everyone out there doing today? Have you made your vote count?
Today has been what feels like a long day being that my Mr had a four day weekend it always seems that the week drags on after.
I will shortly be going for a nice run as long as I can get myself to drink enough water first! Do any of you have problems drinking enough water? I for some reason have never been a water drinker, I can drink it if it has lemon or something in it but just plain water boy do I have to force that down lol.. But as we all know when it comes to working out you MUST drink lots and lots of water, and honestly the more water you drink even when you are not working out the better you and your body will feel! Hydration is an amazing thing!

I have a long workout ahead of me tomorrow being that I skipped today( I am a beliver in making it up) running and weights are what I have instore along with legs, and butt! Here is what I'm eating tonight. ALL homemade collard greens, curry rice, and pocket steamed Cajun seasoned fish. I eat it all in a bowl and mix it all up so its better portion size and simply tastes yummy

How is your Friday?
Hey everyone just had some time to get a little info out there for you. Many have asked me how I have toned up so well after having two children so close together, well toning is the thing that takes the longest. If you change your lifestyle and eat clean the weight with exercise will come off rather fast as long as you stay true I yourself. Toning takes long with hard discipline and workouts aimed for the "problem" areas you can tone just about anything! I as most know had a "momma pouch" I planked, ran, crunched, and eat my way to a flat tummy, if I can, YOU can! If you have questions feel free to ask me :)

Well......
Well, today is one of my personal "dark days" I do not often let sadness take over me becasue lets face it I would be overwhelmed by it to put it lightly. I have however learned that when I am in a really crappy mood running, drinking lots of water, and thinking about the good things I have achieved in my "young" life help to ease the "depresstion". I am a strong believer in that we are the keepers of our bodies be it finding what helps our brighten our days of sadness or simply finding a different path to start down because the old one just seems to not fit getting us to our goals we may have for our future it is in our own personal hands how we live our lives not anyone elses. I am a runner, running is my "drug" the feeling I get while running and once I have finished is simply pure happiness even if it only lasts a short time the "natural high" is simply pure bliss. So with all that being said I had a somewhat great run today. I also would like to thank my Mr for the awesome new Mossy Oak tank I love it! I hope everyone has a great night, I know now that mine will be enjoyed in a little better mood :)

A Girls Gone Sporty Ambassador
Today I took that first big step for me in helping others, I made this Blog and I also became a Girls Gone Sporty Ambassador! I am here for anyone who would like to ask questions about fitness and clean eating if I do not know the answer I will find out for you!
This has been a long road for me being that I have always been over weight and not really active. After haveing my youngest I decided that it was finally time to worry about myself and my health more. When Cianna(my youngest) turned 9 months old I started walking a mile everyday. Once I could do that at a pace I thought was "fast" I started to add jogging into it as well and soon I found myself able to run a mile right now in 7:09 something I NEVER thought I could do!
