HYDRATION
How is everyone out there doing today? Have you made your vote count?
Today has been what feels like a long day being that my Mr had a four day weekend it always seems that the week drags on after.
I will shortly be going for a nice run as long as I can get myself to drink enough water first! Do any of you have problems drinking enough water? I for some reason have never been a water drinker, I can drink it if it has lemon or something in it but just plain water boy do I have to force that down lol.. But as we all know when it comes to working out you MUST drink lots and lots of water, and honestly the more water you drink even when you are not working out the better you and your body will feel! Hydration is an amazing thing!

Hey everyone how are your nights going? Did everyone fit in a good workout today? I have a long workout ahead of me tomorrow being that I skipped today( I am a beliver in making it up) running and weights are what I have instore along with legs, and butt!
